Payment of a deposit signifies your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions 

I provide a 7 day money back guarantee on commission deposits from the date they were placed.  After 7 days the $100 deposit become non refundable.  This deposit covers costs incurred by myself such as art equipment, time etc.  This deposit is non refundable except where  I am unable to complete the work due to unavoidable change in circumstances. 

The commission prices above are for bust or full body portraits of one animal with a simple background.  Complex backgrounds and additional animals will require an additional fee of 20%.

Prices include postage throughout Australia, if you are overseas then please contact me to discuss additional postage costs.   

Under no circumstances will any work be posted or shipped out until the whole payment (including the cost of postage/shipping) has been received in full. 

The artist can not accept refunds or returns on commissioned original artworks. The artist guarantees that artwork will be packaged in protective, waterproof packaging and addressed correctly to the address provided by the client. If artwork has been lost in transit or arrived damaged from postage the artist can not be held liable. It is the clients responsibility to select shipping upgrades such as cover for loss or damage to prevent disappointment. 

However if your commission arrives damaged, photos can be sent to artbyrachelgreig@gmail.com and the artist will determine if they can fix the artwork at no additional cost.

The artist retains copyright on all artwork produced and reserve the right to use the images on social media and website marketing.  A clients commission will not be reproduced for sale in any way.
